Day 1: Arrival in Juba – Visit the Mundari Cattle Camp

Arrive at Juba International Airport and be welcomed by our representative. Enjoy a traditional South Sudanese lunch at a local restaurant near the White Nile. In the afternoon, visit the vibrant Konyo Konyo market and experience the bustling energy of Juba's trade scene. Later, head to a Mundari cattle camp, where you will meet tribal leaders and witness the fascinating arrival of long-horned Ankole cattle. This experience offers a deep insight into the Mundari tribe’s cultural significance of livestock.

Day 2: Juba to Kapoeta – Kapoeta Tribe Community

After a hearty breakfast, take a morning trip to the Kapoeta region, the capital of South Sudan’s East Equatoria. Engage with the Kapoeta people and immerse yourself in their traditional customs. Experience firsthand the vibrant culture of the Kapoeta, known for their Far West-style settlements and their connection with cattle, which plays a central role in their society.

Day 3: Kapoeta – Toposa Tribe Community

Following breakfast, travel to a remote Toposa community just outside Kapoeta. Visit a traditional Toposa village, known as a "boma," where you’ll engage with the tribe’s elders and learn about their cattle-based lifestyle. The Toposa, part of the Ateker Nation, have a distinct cultural identity that revolves around their herding traditions. Participate in a welcoming ceremony and witness the tribe’s customs, which include intricate body art and rituals tied to cattle rearing. Return to Kapoeta for the night.

Day 4: Kapoeta to Larim Tribe – Torit

After breakfast, head to the Didinga territory, where the Didinga and Larim tribes meet daily for trade and social gatherings. Explore Boya Hills, a picturesque region known for its rich flora, including rare plant species. Meet the Larim people, who reside at the base of the hills and have a unique cultural heritage, including body scarification practices and distinctive pipe smoking traditions. Visit their homes adorned with snail shells and artwork. Continue your journey to Torit town, where you’ll stay overnight.

Day 5: Torit to Juba
