Day 1: Arrival in Juba

Upon your arrival at Juba International Airport, meet your guide and transfer to a comfortable hotel like Radisson Blu or Pyramid Hotel, ideally located near the city center. Begin your adventure with a visit to Konyo Konyo Market, where you’ll experience vibrant local trade and encounter diverse tribal communities. A nearby Murle refugee camp offers insight into the ongoing tribal challenges in the region. After a delightful lunch at a Lebanese restaurant, explore Juba’s historic botanical garden, a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. End your day with dinner in Juba’s old town and overnight at your hotel.  

Day 2: Juba – Terekeka – Juba

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Terekeka, a former missionary and trading post along the White Nile. This lively town is a hub for cattle herding and fishing and home to the fascinating Mundari tribe, known for their distinctive tribal marks and traditional hairdos. Visit the old port, shaded by ancient ficus trees, and explore Terekeka’s vibrant market. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Juba. Day 3: Departure
